Kerry

Hi i'm Kerry and I am the co-owner of the salon. I have been doing beauty therapy for 20 years. I have worked for many prestigious beauty brands, working from therapist, manager to treatment trainer and Sales development Manager. I specialise in Advanced Skin Treatments, Massage, Waxing, Intimate waxing, Eye treatments and Laser Hair Removal. For the future I’m working on developing my own waxing and skincare brands whilst continuing to train up and coming therapists in advanced skin treatments.

Ashleigh

Ashleigh is the co-owner of the salon. She qualified with distinction from University of Liverpool in 2012 and holds a Combined Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Having worked in the dental industry for over 17 years she decided to broaden her skills and expertise a study the art of facial aesthetics and skin rejuvenation. Ashleigh is registered with the General Dental Council and insured with Cosmetic Insure.

Ashleigh’s commitment and dedication is always apparent in her professional approach to her work, she prides herself on being meticulous with a keen eye for detail and safety. Ashleigh’s key areas of expertise are Botulinum Toxin (Botox) treatments and dermal filler rejuvenation.

Yasmin

Hi I’m Yasmin and I’m the apprentice at Reflect. I am currently doing Acrylic nails at the salon while also attending Blackpool and the Fylde College doing a beauty apprenticeship course. I am looking forward to learning new treatments in the salon and in college and offering new services to my clients. I am eventually aiming to be trained and qualified in facial aesthetics as this is something which I have always wanted to do and always been interested in.

Joanna

Joanna is an award winning, highly trained professional makeup artist and hair stylist of 16 years. Working both in television and print, Joanna has an extensive CV ranging from Strictly Come Dancing, clothing companies to television ads and newspaper. Joanna works both locally and over the North West, providing bridal makeup and hair services to hundreds of bridal parties. A privately trained and well experienced makeup artist, Joanna has a natural, creative flair and an eye for detail.

Joanna is also a qualified beauty therapist of many years. Specialising in LVL lashes by Nouveau, laser hair removal, waxing, brows, dermaplaning and so much more.

Joanna is Consistently looking at further training and broadening her horizons, through her love of skincare, wellbeing and natural beauty.

Kat

Kathryn Elizabeth developed her passion for the nail industry whist still at school. Initially being self taught she went on to gain the relevant qualifications to peruse her dream full time. Training alongside some of the best, her qualifications range from basic nail and manicure training. NVQ levels 1, 2 and 3 advanced nail training which finally led her to persue her dream in becoming an educator. All the passion and knowledge Kathryn Elizabeth has gained through the years can now be passed on to her students Specialising in fully sculpted acrylic nails, bespoke nail art, cutting, encapsulation, marbling and ombré.

Michelle

Hi I am Michelle, after working in law for just over 20 years I decided to have a complete career change and started my beauty career in 2017. Firstly training in spray tanning, waxing and lash lifts, I then went onto start my eyelash extension training with London Lash Pro firstly in Classic Lash extensions then onto Russian volume. To further my knowledge I also completed an advanced lash extension course.
I started working from home and then went into salons a few days a week to gain further knowledge and experience. During my time working in salon a completed a further course, training in henna brows.
My passion is lashes and absolutely love the transformation this can make on clients.

Tor

Hi my name is Tor (Victoria), I have been in the nail industry since leaving school a whole 21 years ago.
My journey properly started whilst doing my GCSE’s. I applied for a job at The Nails Place in St Anne’s. I got the job and had an immediate start once my exams were over.
First and foremost I love making YOU the client feel fabulous. I love to create that transformation from No nails to a beautiful set.
I specialise in Fully sculptured Acrylic and BIAB using incredible products such as Young nails CJP Nail Systems, The gel bottle, Premier Gel and much more.
I have ran my own successful salon for 8 years, pre-covid. Furthermore, I continue to learn and develop new techniques as and when required.

Shaz

Hi I’m Shaz, I’m 37 and have been in the beauty industry for the best part of a decade. I started my beauty career a little later in life❤️
I specialise in acrylic & gel nails, gel toes and natural beauty treatments which include body waxing, facial waxing, brow lamination, HD brows & LVL lashes.
I absolutely love my job and my clients, the satisfaction I get from making you feel beautiful is very rewarding.
As they say, if you love your job you’ll never work a day in your life.I’m there.

Hey I’m Stefania, I first started my beauty journey at the local college 25 years ago, whilst also working Saturdays in a salon at the age of 15!
Starting from the bottom and entering into the beauty world I worked my way up to principle therapist, (I worked at this salon for 10 years!) However I felt it was time to fly the nest and further my Career and add strings to my bow as they say!! I went on to work in a couple of other salons/hotels to gain more experience an knowledge in the beauty industry, during this time I went on different courses and worked with top brands such as Elemis, espa, decleor, environ, Jessica, nouveau lashes an young nails just to name a few!

Bex

Hi I'm Becky, I started my beauty journey 9 years ago after having my first child, I wanted a more flexible job and as I was going to be away from her I wanted to do something that was worth leaving her for.
I started off doing nails and brows, then did my first lash course and absolutely fell I'm love with it. I decided to concentrate purely on being a lash technician. Since then I carried on doing training with the amazing Loretta who owns flawless lashes by Loretta. Then decided I wanted to teach my skills to other people, xarried on my training to become a teacher.
I worked at home for the past 6 years and recently moved to reflect and its the best decision I ever made.
